This will be adequate if the patient has no disability, future cost, extensive treatment, or diagnostic is established.

It’s also Ideal for one-time care at Urgent care or initial hospital care.

Suitable for light claims with small property damage and no evidence of prolonged disability.

OPTION 1

Filing UIM first and PIP

With this method, the settlement to the patient can be up to 10k-20k. Some of the initial money can be paid to the patient within 3 weeks.

-UIM Limits are 30-100k
-PIP= $2500-$5000
-Total= $32,000-$35,000

This is on the condition that the patient attends treatment, finding of diagnostic, and future disability

This will require an attorney to manage the money. Attorney has a license. An attorney can redistribute funds for their clients and servicer.

This situation is suited when the patient is not at fault but has full covered with major injuries like prolong lower back pain or prolong injury with possible surgery or evasive treatment

The third Filing option is when you are not at fault.

This type of filing is when the other vehicle is at fault but there is not any other coverage. 

OPTION 2

The third option is when the accident is the other person's fault.

Because third person claim does not pay to the provider but only settle to the patient. That means that the medical bills are not secure.

The patient is limited to medical care and Benefits.

We can only allow 3 visits or up 1000$ of care.

Then the patient is asked to pay an $80 deductible per visit.

The other option will utilize an attorney. With the attorney, the following can be used:

-The opposing patient insurance: 30-50k +
-Need to prove up damages will be difficult
-Can use the patient’s own insurance if the injury and disability is severe. Add $30,000.

Simple Personal Protection Insurance

Personal Protection insurance can be filed regardless of fault. The medical claims will be paid to the provider.
